Refund & Replacement Policy

Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at support@brosc.in or contacting us via WhatsApp (official number as displayed on our website).

Step 2:
Allow us up to 48 working hours to review and verify your request.
Step 3:
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Step 4:
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, our team will guide you through an alternative solution.
Step 5:
After the incorrect product is collected, we will ship the correct replacement (subject to stock availability). If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
Damaged Item Received
If your product arrives damaged, please follow the same process:
Step 1:
Report the issue within 3 days of delivery at support@brosc.in or via WhatsApp, along with:

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3:
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged product.
Step 4:
If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your address, we will assist with an alternative resolution.
Step 5:
After pickup, we will issue a replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.
Cases Where Return or Replacement Is Not Applicable
We will not be able to accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

Products that have been opened, used, or altered

Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, seals, etc.)

Requests raised after 3 days from the date of delivery

Products marked as non-returnable or final sale (if applicable)
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@brosc.in.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum cart value, which may change from time to time and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges (if applicable) shown during checkout are final.
We may also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select locations.
Pricing Information
