Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery availability is subject to courier partner serviceability at the provided shipping address.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is offered on orders above a minimum cart value, as displayed on the website at the time of checkout.
For orders below the minimum value, applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of order cancellation or failure prior to dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes and may be subject to additional verification.
Brosc reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations at its discretion.

Damaged or Missing Packages

For missing or tampered packages, notify us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
